DEPOSIT & CANCELATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Secure your spot on the retreat with a nonrefundable initial deposit, choose a payment plan, or pay in full.

Cancellation Policy Overview:

• Initial deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made 30 days before the retreat start date allow the initial deposit to be transferred to a future retreat.

• Cancellations made 7 days or less before the retreat start date result in a forfeiture of the entire retreat price.

• Participants will receive detailed instructions on arrival and departure times as well as contact information.

• Should Annies Healing Center cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, participants can apply their deposit towards another retreat or receive a full refund.

• A waiver acknowledging understanding and agreement to all terms and conditions must be signed in advance.

• Before departure, attendees will be sent information, including a recommended packing list and trip itinerary.

• *I understand that Annies Healing Center is a substance-free event, which means I will not be permitted to be under the influence of any kind of drug or mind-altering substance. That includes alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, mushrooms, LSD, MDMA, Ketamine, or any other plant medicines unless doctor-prescribed. If I bring drugs/alcohol to the retreat, I will be asked to leave or denied entry.

• Some Annies Healing Center might include Cacao, Hapé, Sananga, and Kambo. I understand that these are optional and not mandatory. You do not have to participate in any activities, workshops, or ceremonies that Annies Healing Center provides.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking or participating in a retreat with Annies Healing Center, you agree to the Terms and conditions below.

If you make a booking on behalf of other participants, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept these Terms on behalf of those participants.

1. RETREAT PACKAGE EXCLUSIONS

Retreat packages do not include the following:

• International or domestic airfare

• Optional extras and activities (Any meals, activities, or tours not listed in the retreat package inclusions)

• Entry visa to Retreat destination

• Passport

• Airport transfers outside of the group shuttle/flight window

• Personal expenses

• Gratuity (at your discretion)

2. PRICES & SURCHARGES

Annies Healing Center will not increase the price of your Retreat after you have paid your deposit. Retreat prices may vary at any time in accordance with demand, teacher fees and offerings, market conditions, and availability. Annies Healing Center may offer discounted pricing on retreat packages from time to time. Discounted pricing applies only to new bookings and may not be combined. Souls Journey Retreats are not entitled to discount pricing if a booking has already been made.

3. DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT

Retreats may be priced in USD, as listed on the Retreat booking page. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE but can be transferred to another retreat or person.

The final payment of your balance is due 15 days before the Retreat start date unless otherwise noted or arranged with a personal payment plan. Failure to make payment by the applicable due date may forfeit your booking on the retreat and be treated as a cancellation.

4. CANCELLATION BY RETREAT GUEST

You may cancel your booking by emailing Annies Healing Center at [email protected]. The following cancellation penalties will apply:

• Initial deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred.

• If canceled 30 days before the Retreat start date, your initial deposit may be transferable to another retreat.

• If a cancellation occurs within seven days or less before the Retreat start date, the full Retreat price is non-refundable. However, exceptions may be considered under extreme circumstances, and should we successfully fill your spot with another participant, a refund might be possible.

• If you choose to join the Retreat after the start date or leave the Retreat prior to the end date, full payment of the Retreat price will apply.

5. CANCELLATION BY Annies Healing Center

Annies Healing Center may cancel or postpone a Retreat for any reason up to before the Retreat start date. If the Retreat is canceled, Souls Journey Retreats will refund 100% of the Retreat package price, including the deposit. In case of any cancellation for any reason, we are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your Booking, including but not limited to, visas, vaccinations, unfavorable exchange rate fluctuations, travel insurance excess, or non-refundable flights.

Annies Healing Center shall not be liable or responsible to you for any failure or delay in fulfilling its services, when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts beyond Annies Healing Center reasonable control, including, without limitation, the following force majeure events (“Force Majeure Event(s)”): (a) acts of God; (b) flood, fire, earthquake, pandemics, epidemics, drought, bushfire, storm or other natural disaster, explosion, or public health and safety emergency characterized by an applicable government authority; (c) war, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest; (d) government order, law, or actions; (e) embargoes or blockades in effect on or after the date of this Agreement; (f) national or regional emergency; (g) strikes, labor stoppages or slowdowns, or other industrial disturbances; (h) shortage of adequate power or transportation facilities; (i) other events beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

If the cancellation is due to external events, Annies Healing Center will reschedule the Retreat to a future date and provide you with written notice. If the retreat is postponed, your deposit and any payments will be transferred to the new dates. If you cannot attend on the latest dates and wish to cancel, you will be entitled to a refund less than the deposit amount. The deposit amount may be used as credit for any future retreat.

6. CHANGES & UNUSED SERVICES

You acknowledge that the nature of the Retreats requires flexibility and that you will permit reasonable changes to products, services, or itineraries by Annies Healing Center. The route, schedules, accommodations, activities, amenities, and mode of transportation are subject to change without notice due to unforeseeable circumstances or events outside the control of Annies Healing Center (including but not limited to Force Majeure, illness, mechanical breakdown, flight cancellations, strikes, political events and entry or border difficulties). No reimbursements, discounts, or refunds will be issued for missed or unused services after the Retreat start date due to no fault of Annies Healing Center, including your removal from a Retreat because of your negligence or breach of these Terms. This includes meals, hotel accommodations, yoga classes and workshops, excursions, transportation, and any other package inclusions as listed on the Retreat web page.

7. ACCEPTANCE OF RISK

By booking and attending a retreat with Annies Healing Center, you acknowledge that the activities and experiences offered may carry some inherent risks to your health and safety. You confirm that you have considered these potential risks and accept full responsibility for them. By participating, you release Annies Healing Center from any claims or liabilities arising from losses, injuries, damages, or even death resulting from the inherent risks of travel, including visiting foreign destinations and engaging in activities outlined in the retreat itineraries or otherwise provided by Annies Healing Center. To ensure your participation, you must complete and sign the participation waiver (“Waiver”) prior to departing for your retreat.

You must always strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations of all countries and regions. Should you fail to comply with the above or commit any illegal act when on the Retreat or, if in the opinion of Annies Healing Center (acting reasonably), your behavior is causing or is likely to cause danger, distress, or material annoyance to others, Annies Healing Center may terminate your travel arrangements on any product or service immediately at your expense and without any liability on Annies Healing Center. You will not be entitled to any refund for unused or missed services or costs incurred due to the termination of your travel arrangements, including, without limitation, return travel, accommodations, meals, and incidentals.

You are responsible for any costs (including repair, replacement, and cleaning fees) incurred by the Annies Healing Center or their suppliers for property damage, destruction, or theft caused by you while on a Retreat. You agree to immediately report any pre-existing damage to a representative of Annies Healing Center and staff of the accommodation, transportation service, or facility as soon as possible upon discovery.

You agree to take all prudent measures to ensure your own safety while on the Retreat, including, but not limited to, the proper use of safety devices (including seatbelts, harnesses, flotation devices, and helmets) and obeying all posted signs and oral or written warnings regarding health and safety. Neither Annies Healing Center nor its Third Party Suppliers (as defined herein) are liable for loss or damages caused by your failure to comply with safety instructions or warnings.

You agree to bring any complaints to Annies Healing Center as soon as possible to provide Annies Healing Center the opportunity to address such complaints adequately. You agree to inform your retreat leader directly. Annies Healing Center assumes no liability for complaints that are not adequately brought to the attention of Annies Healing Center and cannot resolve or attempt to resolve complaints until proper notice is provided.

8. THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS & YOGA TEACHERS

Annies Healing Center ensures a seamless and enriching retreat experience by partnering with a diverse network of professionals and service providers. Our collaborators include accommodation hosts, yoga instructors, wellness practitioners, activity experts, transportation and transfer providers, breathwork facilitators, massage therapists, hypnotherapists, private chefs, shore excursion operators, tour guides, and other independent entities (“Third Party Suppliers”). These suppliers may, in turn, work with local operators or subcontractors.

While we carefully select our partners to maintain high standards, we cannot be held accountable for their actions, omissions, or service quality. Each Third-Party Supplier operates under its own terms and conditions, which may include liability limitations as defined by tariffs, conditions of carriage, or international conventions. Additionally, these providers are governed by the legal frameworks of their respective countries, which may differ from those of your home country.

When a yoga instructor, wellness expert, or other key provider cannot fulfill their role during the retreat, Annies Healing Center reserves the right to appoint a qualified replacement. However, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience, disruption, or dissatisfaction caused by any party involved’s actions—or inactions—.

To help us create the best possible experience for you, please notify Annies Healing Center of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or allergies prior to the start of your retreat. Your cooperation allows us to cater to your needs better and ensure your comfort throughout the journey.

9. LIABILITY

You acknowledge and agree that Annies Healing Center and their respective employees, teachers, volunteers, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, sponsors, booking agents, partners, representatives, and assigns (collectively, “Annies Healing CenterParties”) shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damage, liability, injury, loss, cost or expense you may incur (including any claim relating to personal injury, illness, death, property damage or loss, delay or other inconvenience) arising out of or because of (i) the acts or omissions of any Third-Party Operator or (ii) the negligence of any of the Annies Healing Center Parties or (iii) any acts or omissions of any other parties or (iv) Force Majeure events.

You, along with your executors, administrators, heirs, successors, and assigns, hereby release Annies Healing Center and its affiliated parties from all claims, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages, demands, actions, causes of action, lawsuits, or financial obligations of any kind arising from or related to any retreat you book or attend. By participating, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all associated risks—whether known or unknown—and expressly assume them in their entirety.

10. PHOTO AND MARKETING

By attending any Retreat, you acknowledge that photographs or videos, including your likeness, may be taken by other participants, Annies Healing Center, or its representatives, you hereby grant Annies Healing Center, along with its contractors, subcontractors and assignees, a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, and irrevocable license to use such images for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing and promotional activities across any current or future media, without any obligation or compensation to you. If you prefer that your images not be used, please provide written notice via email to [email protected].

11. PRIVACY POLICY

Any personal information that Annies Healing Center collects about you may be used for any purpose associated with the operation of a Retreat or to send you marketing material about our Retreats and special offers. The information may be disclosed to our agents, service providers, or other suppliers to enable us to operate the Retreat. 12. UPDATES ON TERMS & CONDITIONS

Annies Healing Center reserves the right to alter these Terms & Conditions at any time. Should there be any modifications, we will ensure that you are promptly informed of the changes to keep you updated with our policies.

SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

• Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Annies Healing Center through our website at https://annieshealingcenter.com, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

• Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

• Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

• Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
